Mission Basilica School is a “community” of students, faculty and parents with a unique bond united in the mission to create the best school for our children. Our community is extraordinarily close because of the parental partnership with our school administration and faculty. We are truly a “family” community.

As parents participate in the rich traditions established by the school, they help strengthen the strong sense of community enjoyed by all. Active parental involvement is woven through the elementary experience from the students’ education to the extra-curricular activities. A respect for learning creates a dynamic and stimulating environment for students and parents alike. As the children receive the highest in educational standards, they also learn principles based on values shared by our Catholic school community.

We are blessed to be a small school with a close and caring group of people. Frequently our parents act as surrogate parents to all the children in the school. The students know this, embrace it and feel safe and secure while at school or at an extra-curricular function. This unique environment, created by our community, is what makes our school one-of-a-kind.
